Our current project is SULLIVAN AVENUE located near McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland.  

The project consists of two duplex units (four homes altogether).  The homes are designed for the family that wants an affordable BRAND NEW home in beautiful CARROLL COUNTY, with no Homeowner's Association Rules/Fees and great school system.
